The Brentwood Art Society's annual premier fundraising event, Art, Wine & Jazz Festival is hosted once again by The Streets of Brentwood. A family friendly free event in a perfect venue brings together local vintners, original art and fine craft and the Bay Area’s finest musicians representative of multiple genres of Jazz.
A widespread open air Artist Garden brings in local, regional and national artists along with fine crafters for a wonderful array of original art selection.
Vintners’ Circle hosts local vintners and wineries ready to introduce some award winning wines produced right here in our own community, including Hannah Nicole Vineyards, Bloomfield Vineyards, Tamayo Family vineyards, J Doran Vineyards, Wedl and Cline Cellars (verify these wineries are participating 2016). For those who prefer a micro-brew, Black Diamond Brewery and BJ’s Restaurant and Brewery provide cold brews.
Two full days of Jazz on the Stage! Internationally acclaimed musical talent from right here in Northern California. Also showcased, our talented local high school students with performances by Big Bands of Liberty H.S. and Heritage H.S. and A Cappella groups such as Divas, Pink Ladies, & Jag.
A Family Affair with activities designed to capture the interests of children young and old alike in the popular Childrens’ Area. Free painting at the easels and other art activities. The Wall of Art displays creations of students from the BUSD.
The BAWJF is a family friendly, free of charge premier fundraising event, which supports and contributes to arts education and art awareness within our community. Funds raised are contributed directly to the Art Docent program of the Brentwood Union School District, Art Scholarships to graduating seniors of 5 local High Schools, City Read program, Brentwood Writes, Brentwood Theater Company, Brentwood Teen Theater and local arts organization, Art Guild of the Delta.
